The eleventh edition of PULSE Miami Beach will return to its oceanfront home at Indian Beach Park with new dates and an updated layout. PULSE will kick off Miami Art Week with its signature Private Preview Brunch followed by an Opening Celebration on Tuesday, December 1 and will close on Saturday, December 5 with a Miami-focused Sunset Celebration. The fair’s footprint has grown to include two adjoining pavilions housing a tightly-curated selection of more than 80 national and international exhibitors, representing work by over 200 artists. This architecture provides a balanced and airy environment, interspersed with areas of contemplation and interactive programming, in which visitors can discover the most compelling contemporary art being produced today.
PULSE Miami Beach welcomes galleries from three continents, with over 85% presenting three artists or fewer. The participants with Dutch roots this year are Frederieke Taylor Gallery and LMAKprojects. Over a quarter of the fair is comprised of first-time exhibitors and nearly half participated in last year’s Miami edition. Eleven galleries will celebrate their return to PULSE Miami Beach as founding exhibitors of the first Miami edition eleven years ago.
Frederieke Taylor Gallery formerly known as TZ'Art was founded in 1993. From 2000 to 2010, the gallery was located at 535 West 22nd Street in Chelsea. The gallery has a history of showing design, architecture and installation, as well as traditional media of painting and sculpture.
Now open by appointment, in its new location at 145 East 29th Street, Suite 1A, New York, NY 10016 Frederieke Taylor Gallery continues to represent artists privately, while participating in projects and art fairs.
At PULSE Miami Beach 2015, Frederieke Taylor Gallery will present Kirsten Nelson and Marion Wilson. The photo below is a piece by Marion Wilson, Hanging Sphagnum Russowii, 2015, digital print on mylar, 24 x 36 inches.

LMAKprojects was founded by Louky Keijsers Koning in 2005 and Bart Keijsers Koning joined as co-owner in 2009. The gallery's primary interest lies in the commitment to the artist's process and dedication to their thoughts and production. LMAKprojects works with artists who have proven to sustain continuity in their visual expression without being repetitive. The gallery strives to introduce collectors to new horizons through visual, sound, or conceptual experience, as well as opening communication to develop a relation between the viewer and the art. LMAKprojects is known for its exhibitions with international allure and focusing on interdisciplinary practices.
This year LMAKprojects will bring a very exciting selection of four amazing artists and one extremely talented designer to PULSE Miami Beach: Matthew Abbott, Jasmina Cibic, Popel Coumou, Carlos Rigau and stools by Nynke Koster.
