Dutch Music @ SXSW 2018

From Sweelinck to Tiësto, and Golden Earring to Andriessen, the Dutch have always been great music exporters. This year, a grand total of 18 musicians will take their sounds to Austin, TX. From March 9 to 11 there will be Dutch hip-hop, grunge pop, indie rock, folk, and techno at SXSW 2018, below you will find the complete overview.

March 15 marks a special occasion as Dutch Impact will host their own party at the New Dutch Wave House. Six Dutch live acts play at this Dutch Impact Party, ranging from intimate singer-songwriter music to edgy garage pop, with Yori, Rosemary & Garlic, Max Meser, Mozes and the Firstborn, The Homesick, and Canshaker Pi. Moreover, Amsterdam’s Red Light Radio and hip-hop platform Appelsap will host their own parties, bringing fresh Dutch sounds to Texas.
