Based on his bestselling book ‘Think Like a Lawyer Don’t Act Like One’, Dutch lawyer Aernoud Bourdrez gave a presentation in New York which featured principles, research and real life examples  of negotiation strategies, ranging from Harvard University, Mikhail Gorbachev, two kissing boxers, and John Rambo.

The book is now for sale in the US, and  can be used when dealing with grumpy police officers, angry neighbours, unwilling debtors, failing clients, nasty lawyers and other conflict seekers. Each strategy is thoroughly tested and can be used at the kitchen table, on the street and in the boardroom.

Aernoud Bourdrez is a lawyer, negotiator, art collector and author. A man who once traded his Mercedes coupé for an x-ray of Jackass star Ryan Dunn (featuring the toy car that Dunn had shoved up his behind). The nasty conflict that then arose, Bourdrez resolved with a DAF, a Dutch car that drives as fast backwards as forwards. A dedicated lawyer and smart negotiator who managed to include the work of renowned paparazzi photographer Ron Galella, Yousuf Karsh’s world-famous portrait of Churchill and a whole list of other world famous photographs, stills, paintings and illustrations in his book  ‘Think Like a Lawyer Don’t Act Like One.’
