(Interior) Architect Piet Boon and his studio have been commissioned to redesign and refurbish ‘the Wedding Cake’-building on 99 Wall Street, NY.

The 25-storey office tower is located at 99 Wall Street in the heart of Manhattan’s Financial District, and owned by the Claremont Group. The Claremont Group has managed the property since 2004 as a boutique office building. The Claremont Group intends to convert the entire building above the ground floor (currently occupied by retail tenants) from commercial office space into a boutique, high-end residential rental building. When complete, the property will be converted to a luxury doorman rental building with approximately 71 residential units across 71,000 square feet.
