Art Miami is the leading international contemporary and modern art fair that takes place each December during art week at the midtown Miami complex in the renowned Wynwood Arts District. It is one of the most important annual contemporary art events in the United States, attracting more than 82,000 collectors, curators, museum professionals and art enthusiasts from around the globe annually. Entering its 27th edition, Art Miami remains committed to showcasing the most important artworks from the 20th and 21st centuries in collaboration with a selection of the world’s most respected galleries. Amongst those galleries are eight Dutch: Amstel Gallery, Gallery Delaive, Jaski Gallery, Priveekollektie, Rueb Modern & Contemporary Art, SmithDavidson Gallery, TORCH Gallery & Wanrooij Gallery.

Amstel Gallery

Amstel Gallery features emerging, mid career and established artists from around the world. They participate in international art fairs and in addition to their exhibition schedule, they host and organize exhibitions and events in combination with other venues. Gallery Delaive is modern, impressionist, Cobra and contemporary art. They are the exclusive representative of the Sam Francis Estate for Europe and the exclusive representative of Niki de Saint Phalle for the Netherlands.

Jaski Gallery

Jaski Gallery; Vision - Karel Appel

Ever since 1988, Jaski gallery has been established in the heart of Dutch contemporary art: the Spiegelkwartier in Amsterdam. The gallery additionally exhibits at leading trade fairs such as TEFAF Maastricht, PAN Amsterdam, the affordable art fair and art cologne. The gallery makes its own products as well, such as silkscreen prints, lithographs, etchings and books. They regularly organise exhibitions, some of them in collaboration with museums, with the emphasis on the work of Cobra members such as Corneille, Karel Appel, Constant and Eugene Brands. However, they also have an eye for post-cobra developments, and contemporary artists.

Priveekollektie

Priveekollectie; SW-CFM - Catharina van de Ven

Priveekollektie represents internationally well known artists and designers and also provides young upcoming talents a platform for showing their design and art pieces. Key in the collection is the combination of contemporary art and collectible design and the crossing of the fine line between both disciplines. 

Before opening the gallery in 2006 Irving and Miriam van Dijk already collected art and design. Their personal approach and knowledge and taste has crystalized in becoming one a leading galleries for limited design in Europe, with exceptional exhibitions and participations in renowned international fairs for both contemporary art and design.

Rueb Modern & Contemporary Art

Rueb Modern & Contemporary Art; Accumulation of Globulars no.B - Yayoi Kusama

Kunsthandel Rueb is situated in an exclusive part of Amsterdam near the Concertgebouw. It was founded in 1986 under the guidance of Mr Willem Rueb, who had spent eight years working in the 19th century and modern paintings department at a well-known international auction house. The firm specializes in modern classical paintings from 1900-till now and has a clientele of mainly private collectors. An exhibition is organised twice a year. Throughout the rest of the year, the gallery may be visited by appointment.porary Art

SmithDavidson Gallery

Smith Davidson; Tingari - Warlimpirrnga Tjapaltjarri

Founded in 1969, the Amsterdam and Miami based, SmithDavidson Gallery is specialized in Modern and Contemporary Art, with a focus on paintings and photography. Since 1990 the gallery has been headed by David Smith, taking over after his father Leslie passed away and so becoming the second generation of Smiths to run the company. David’s reign over the past 25 years changed the gallery focus, moving from classic 19th Century Art into Impressionism, Modern and Contemporary art. Today the SmithDavidson Gallery collection and program consists out of two main pillars: Modern and Contemporary Art. Giving praise to this evolution, the gallery adopted the name SmithDavidson Gallery in the spring of 2015. 

The collection can be viewed at the 400 square meters Amsterdam gallery on the Tintorettostraat and a second a location in Miami. SmithDavidson Gallery also exhibits at five major international art fairs every year (such as TEFAF, The Armory Show New York and Art Miami) and enjoys having an international clientèle, including a number of important museums and private collections.h Davidson Gallery

TORCH Gallery

Torch; Terry Rodgers - The Grace of Angels

TORCH gallery was founded in 1984 as a platform for new photography. Since then it has developed into one of the defining galleries for contemporary art in the Netherlands. TORCH strives to introduce Dutch talents on the international art market, and to present internationally renowned artists in the Netherlands.

Wanrooij Gallery

Wanrooij Gallery, situated at a prime location in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, provides a stage for internationally acclaimed and emerging artists with a focus on new media art. They strive for long lasting relationships with their artists.
