On Friday, October 21st, join the Historic Albany Foundation for an international ‘Albany Exchange Neerbosch 2022’. This virtual conversation explores conservation and sustainability at Albany’s Van Ostrande-Radliff House and Kinderdorp, Neerbosch, Netherlands.

Researchers and heritage experts from both countries will present their findings in this free, public forum, focused on the Van Ostrande-Radliff House in Albany and the Kinderdorp (Children’s Village) Neerbosch in Nijmegen, Netherlands. This will be followed by a discussion and a Q and A.

The purpose of this program is two-fold: to learn about both group’s approach to reusing historic structures, and to provide input for the successful reuse of Kinderdorp and the Van Ostrande-Radliff House.

This program is made possible by support from the New York State Council on the Arts, the Consulate of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and the Decorative Arts Trust. The event will be held via webex, with advance registration required.
