A Streetcar Named Desire is based on the original play by Tennessee Williams. Williams’ 1948 Pulitzer Prize-winning drama remains as shocking and relevant today, especially in this production originally conceived by choreographer Annabelle Lopez Ochoa and theater and film director Nancy Meckler.

Her wide-ranging body of work includes short conceptual pieces, full-length narratives, and dance films.
