Haas & Hahn participate in The Art of Collaboration project, with internationally renowned street & mural artists

About Wynwood Wall Mural Project: Artists Team Up To Create Murals

Established in 2009 as a “museum of the streets” by the late, legendary Tony Goldman with co-curator Jeffrey Deitch, Wynwood Walls has become an international phenomenon. Located on Wynwood’s NW 2nd Avenue, soon to be renamed Tony Goldman Way, the outdoor art museum, which features large scale murals by globally acclaimed street artists, reinvents itself annually with a program that surpasses what’s been done before and highlights artists whose work pushes the boundaries of imagination and creativity.

This year

This year’s program will be no exception, as the Wynwood Walls presents The Art of Collaboration. The program looks to answer the question- what happens when two artists, each with their own unique style, come together to create something never before imagined but also celebrates the collaboration of art and community. In some cases, the artists have worked together before, in others, they have not even met.

Jessica Goldman Srebnick, CEO of Goldman Properties having taken over the role of Chief Curator of the Wynwood Walls in 2012 from her father Tony Goldman, has embraced the role with great passion. “My father taught me to always push the creative envelope. Last year we introduced the Women on the Walls program with great success, this year it is about the Art of Collaboration. I believe that strong partnerships can encourage and inspire greatness. The growth of Wynwood into an international mecca for the arts is the result of great collaborations. Whether a mural, or a new neighborhood, we can all benefit from working together and bringing our BEST to the table, or in this case the WALL.”
