Juilliard Opera presents Francesco Cavalli's "Erismena", directed by Dutch-Peruvian artist Lisenka Heijboer Castañón in New York City from February 21 - February 25!
Dutch-Peruvian artist Lisenka Heijboer Castañón, Juilliard’s 2020-21 Marcus Institute for Vocal Arts opera directing fellow, returns to make her Juilliard directing debut with this early-Baroque-era work featuring voice students from the Marcus Institute and Juiliard415, the school’s flagship period instrument ensemble, conducted by Avi Stein. There will be three performances, on February 21, 23 and 25. The performance on February 25 will be livestreamed here.
