The Hulett Collection is looking forward to participating in the inaugural Photofairs NY fair at the Javits Center (Booth 250), running concurrently with The Armory Show from September 8-10, 2023 (with VIP Preview on September 7).
Works on view will be from Pieter Henket‘s celebrated series Congo Tales, shown for the first time in the United States. The series was created deep in the Congolese rainforest working with the people of the Mbomo District that reside there, to tell the stories, myths, and fables passed down from generation to generation.
The Hulett Collection will organize an artist talk with Pieter Henket on Saturday, September 9, 12:30PM in booth 250.
The fair’s debut edition welcomes a highly curated selection of over 60 exhibitors representing more than 150 artists from around the world, from renowned photography dealers to interdisciplinary contemporary art galleries, to organizations at the forefront of emerging technologies.
